Glove falls off player with ball
| Correct Call: | Immediate whistle even if a scoring play is in progress. Ball starts with red outside the box. | |

| Correct Call: | Offsides. 30 second technical foul. More than 7 defensive players on the field. | |
| For this to not be a penalty: | The defensive team can only have 7 players including the goalie. | |

Too many men on defensive side
| Correct Call: | Too many men on the defensive side of the field for the defensive team. Illegal Procedure, 30 seconds technical foul. Slow whistle. | |
| Game Level: | This should be called at all levels. |
Deflecting shot with no stick
| Correct Call: | Illegal Procedure. Playing without a stick. 30 seconds technical foul. The dark defenseman loses his stick and then engages in the play and blocks a shot. | |
| For this to not be a penalty: | Once the player loses his stick, he needs to get out of the play without making contact with any player or the ball. | |
